He has more than three decades of leadership across defense, the industrial base, critical infrastructure and private investment, including more than two decades as a Marine Corps officer and later as Chief Executive Officer of Espire Services. He will lead Wildcat Defense's investment strategy, acquisitions and portfolio operations.

Dan Wagner

Dan Wagner, partner at C2 Strategies, is Government Affairs Advisor to Wildcat Equity Partners. A partner at the bipartisan government relations firm, he represents defense, energy and technology companies before Congress and the executive branch. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2022 after 20 years of service, nearly 15 of them supporting special operations and the intelligence community; his final assignment was congressional liaison to the Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command.
