His career spans worldwide refining technology, business development, refinery general management and preparation for large industrial facilities to enter service. He brings that combination of technical and operating experience to his role as Executive Director and President of Wildcat Infrastructure.

He brings more than two decades of experience in military service, diplomacy and government, including national security capability development, defense cooperation, counter-terrorism and export controls. His career includes senior roles in Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Julie Bishop, of Julie Bishop and Partners, is Global Affairs Advisor to Wildcat Equity Partners. She served as Australia's Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2018, the first woman to hold the role, and was the first woman to serve as Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party, a position she held for 11 years. In a political career of more than 20 years she also held the education, women's and ageing portfolios; before entering politics she was Managing Partner of the law firm Clayton Utz in Perth.

Arnold Croiset van Uchelen, of Van Hussen Croiset van Uchelen, is Legal Advisor to Wildcat Equity Partners. He has practiced as an attorney in Amsterdam since 1989 and until 2025 was a partner at A&O Shearman LLP, heading its Amsterdam office from 2009 to 2015. In October 2025 the Amsterdam Enterprise Court appointed him as trustee of 99% of the shares of Nexperia.
